I have worked for Guardian interlock for over 5 years.  For my first 4 years I was experiencing a large amount of callers that couldn’t obtain insurance without a licence, and was having clients coming in without proper paperwork for the vehicles.  This caused nothing but delays in explaining to clients how to clarify there situations to get insurance without proof of a licence so they could have the vehicle registered and come prepared for the appointment.  Our company needs to see the vehicle papers or installations can’t be done.  This problem was tying up appointments for clients we needed to reschedule and frustrating them with the “hoops” they needed to jump through.   I began to call insurance companies for my own benefit and for that of our clients.  There had to be some company that would be able to understand the unique needs of our clients and provide them with insurance.   This company is Creative Insurance.

Since our offices began offering Creative’s number to our clients, our installs are coming in with insurance and are very surprised by the rate Doug and his team were able to provide them given their driving records.  I have also noticed a decline in clients that need to remove the interlock due to lack of funds for insurance.  Creative and Guardian both understand that everyone makes mistakes, it never hurts to make that phone call, it may save you money and still put you back on the road.
